Motorcycles are fun to ride and often are associated with a sense of freedom and relaxation. It’s no secret, though, that motorcycles are more dangerous than other vehicles. If a driver on a cellphone pulls out in front of you and you hit him in your SUV at 30 mph, it might result in minor injuries and vehicle damage. If you hit a distracted driver on a motorcycle, it could lead to major injuries or even death.

It’s important to reach out to an experienced motorcycle accident lawyer as soon as you can after being involved in a motorcycle accident. John Mobley, your motorcycle accident attorney, studies your unique case to its utmost degree to fight for the compensation you need for sustained injuries and lost wages. To fight for you, John Mobley uses his 20+ years of being a motorcycle accident lawyer and knowledge of complicated motorcycle accident laws.

HAVING AN ATTORNEY GIVES YOU SEVERAL ADVANTAGES

Here’s what you can expect when you retain John Mobley:

  • You won’t have to talk to your insurance company. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that insurance companies have your best interest in mind. Insurance companies often try to fault the operator of the motorcycle to try to pay the minimum or even no money towards an injury claim. Your motorcycle accident lawyer here at John Mobley Law Firm will take on those negotiations and use the law against their tactics.
  • You’ll have an experienced motorcycle accident attorney speaking up for you.
  • You have a better chance of getting the maximum settlement amount.

Hit and Run Accidents

Video Transcript

Hey, I’m attorney John Mobley, I want to talk to you about receiving compensation if you’re the victim of a hit-and-run accident. If you’re involved in a hit-and-run accident and didn’t get the driver’s license tag and the police can’t identify the driver, you probably think there’s nothing you can do and there’s no point in calling an attorney. Well, that’s not always the case. Your own car insurance may have something called a phantom motorist provision, which basically means they will pay for injuries you suffered in a hit-and-run accident. So if that happens to you, don’t give up, give me a call because I can help you.

Auto Accidents Involving Death or Serious Injury

Video Transcript

Hey, I’m attorney John Mobley, I want to talk to you about the importance of hiring an experienced injury attorney as soon as possible. If you or someone in your family is involved in a serious auto accident. If someone in your family is involved in an accident involving serious injury or death, it’s definitely a difficult time for you and your family. However, it’s important to hire an experienced injury attorney as soon as possible to gather evidence that may be critical to the case. I’m going to talk to you about a few things that I do. Number one, I hire a private investigator to canvass the area of the accident and search for local businesses that have video cameras that may have recorded the accident, and if so, we get copies of those videos. Number two, often, there are eyewitnesses to the accident that either law enforcement doesn’t properly interview or in some cases that didn’t interview at all. We like to identify those eyewitnesses and interview them myself. Number three, while everyone takes photos of their car of the accident, it’s equally important to have access to the vehicle involved in the accident with you. We make arrangements to have access to that vehicle so we can take photographs and inspect the vehicle data recorder so we can determine things such as the speed of the car at the time of the accident, whether the brakes were working, and whether or not the lights were on. These are just a few of the things that I do not like today in cases involving serious injury or death.
